Kaprizov has 7 of the team’s 15 goals in the series. He should be double shifting. Kaprizov has chemistry with Jost so why not put him out with him. It’s obvious that the defense is too small. It’s essential to bring Middleton back. They need to go all out for Cam. |

Should have started game 1 - TurdFergeson
I said the same. Guerin never listens to me.

'Time to see what Dean Evason does to stir the troops to play 69 minutes like they played the first 30 on Tuesday night.'
OT prediction? Let's go the distance, who scores at the 9 minute mark of OT in this game?

Wow. Pathetic. I would have been fine going out with a bang, competitively played game, but just horrible play and pretty much just quit.
Disgusting display in an elimination game. Props to St.Louis. They never gave up… |

Hard fought series. I thought that the Talbot call was the wrong one, but I also thought we were done after game 3. Its gonna be tough for the wild moving forward with the Cap penalties for Suter and Parise. Hopefully y'all figure it out.

Kaprizov is such a talented player.
Hope Minnesota can have some future success, just not at the Blues expense.
Also, to heck with Greenway. I liked him before this series, but he was so whiny in this series. Perhaps coach E is a problem for them with his whining seeping down.
Lastly, The Suter cap penalty is going to be rough. Is Parise the same penalty? A breakdown would help for an out-of-touch Blues fan |

Wooooo hooooooo! Way to go Mild! Can't wait to go through a slow and painful next 5 years while the Wild rebuild just to have another handful of letdown seasons reminding us that we will NEVER get a championship. Let's go Loons! |

That was pathetic, I had to force myself to finish watching that game. What a frustrating franchise, ever since 2003 this team rarely shows heart in the playoffs and just gets pushed around.
At this point, Kaprizov is about the only player keeping me following them and, while I have some hopes for some of the younger guys, the next few years don't look much better. |

It'll be interesting to see what happens to him. He didn't want to sign a
long term deal (7/8 years), instead opted for, what? (5/6). I suspect he'll
end up somewhere else (New York?) when his deal is done and the Suter/Parise pain ends.

Guerin's decision on Suter is going to get really ugly next year. They are now at 78 mil in salary with 23 players with a need for 34 roster players. 12-14 mil in buried cap thru 2025 is going to really hurt. I can see why Parise had to be bought out but suter was a pure ego move as he had value and could have been moved. |

Suter was toxic in the room. He is in decline and has struggled in Dallas. Suter had a NMC and could not be moved.

i dont disagree with any of this. I would still think there were options that would have been less burdensome. He ended up signing for 3.65 mil, played 82 games with 32 pts and is playing 23 min a night in the poffs. I cant help but think they could have worked a deal that he would have agreed to.
Or Suter is the smartest man in the room as he just got bought out and paid again. |
